Unfortunately, since Crabby Matty’s is such a small business, we cannot accept returns, unless you are willing to pay for shipping both ways.
If an item is damaged in transit, let us know within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, so we can start a claim with the shipping company used. Once the claim is complete we will refund your purchase.
